Funeral Potatoes*

1 pkg shredded hash browns (or 10 potatoes cooked and shredded)
1 lb sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken
2 cups shredded cheese
Cornflakes (opt)
Butter

Melt enough butter to coat bottom on 9x13 pan. Mix all ingredients except corn flakes together and add to pan. Top with corn flakes
Bake @ 350* for 45 mins.
