1 cup butter
¾ cup cornstarch
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 cup flour
Mix until smooth and then drop by the spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350* for 10 mins. Do not brown.
Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
