Carmel

2 cups sugar
1 ¼ cup white karo
Cook on med to med-high (depending on your stove)
3 cups whipping cream, add 1 cup until firm or golden brown (between soft and hard ball stage) until all 3 cups have been added. Then add nuts and stir, pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
