Four Bean Salad

1 can garbanzo beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can wax beans
1 can green bean
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green and red pepper
½ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup oil
1 t. salt
½ t. pepper
1 t. mustard
Combine and chill until ready to serve
