Caramel Marshmallow Popcorn

5-6 qts popped popcorn

3 cups marshmallows
2 cubes margarine
1 4 cup sugar
½ cup white karo syrup
Boil for 3 mins, or cook in microwave safe dish until melted, then add 1 ½ t. vanilla. Mix all together and pour over popcorn. Spread over waxed paper or roll into balls.
