Poppy Seed Chicken

6 Chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 can cream of chicken
3 cups sour cream
Mix and place in 9x13 pan.

Topping:
1 strip pkg Ritz crackers, crushed
1 T. Poppy seeds
½ stick butter
Melt butter and combine with crackers and seeds. Sprinkle over the top of chicken mixture. Bake @ 350* for 30 mins.
