Cream together
½ cup shortening
½ cup butter or margaine (butter holds up better)
½ t. vanilla flavoring
¼ t. almond extract
½ t. butter flavoring
dash of salt (secret ingredient)
slowly add in
2 T milk or water
2 lbs powdered sugar
2 T. meringue powder (not vital, but helps when decorating)
add more liquid if too stiff
