First Layer:
1 cup flour
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cube butter
Melt butter, add flour and nuts. Mix well. Press into 9x13 pan and bake @ 350* until light brown (about 12-15 mins). Let cool.
Second Layer:
8 oz softened cream cheese
½ cup powdered sugar
½ large cool whip
Mix until well blended. Pour over cooled crust.
Third Layer:
1 large chocolate pudding, cooked and cooled.
Pour over cream cheese.
Fourth Layer:
Top pudding w/ remaining cool whip and sprinkle chopped nuts and chocolate shavings.
