Sweet and Sour Chicken

6 chicken breasts (cut up in bite size pieces)
1 egg
Cornstarch
Dip chicken in egg then cornstarch. Fry till brown.

Sauce:
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. ketchup
2/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder

Put chicken in casserole dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake 45 Min at 350 degrees.
Turn chicken every 15 min.

Yeah! I'm so glad that you've been doing this. You've put a lot of effort into it. Very impressive. Especially since you have an infant. I was wondering if it's too late to give you some recipes. Lynette has some too - now that all of her stuff is out of storage. Let me know...
